Argent¹ a chevron² engrailed³ between three moorcocks⁴ sable⁵.

 

1. Argent refers to the metal silver (Latin, argenturn), represented in heraldry by the color white.

2. A chevron is an heraldic device shaped like an inverted V.

3. Indented along the edge with small curves.

4. The moorcock is a pun on the name "More."

5. Sable in heraldry refers to the color black.
